CA Independent Contractor Lawsuit: Verdict by 9th Circuit Court of Appeals

Below is a copy of the verdict that was delivered yesterday by a bench of three Honorable Judges, please take a moment to go through it. Judge Walters decided wrong and did not wait for Dynamex.

The second attachment is a detailed Analysis/Explanation of this verdict done by NCASEF General Consul, Eric Karp so franchisees can have better understanding of the decision.
