CA Lottery: Scratcher Ticket Theft

During our February Members Meeting, CA Lottery rep Bruce Colton reviewed the procedures regarding Scratcher ticket theft.

The information below was provided in last Novembers RPP (Retail Product Plan) that was included with the New Scratcher ticket delivery.  Please make sure you are aware that there is valuable information contained in the RPP’s and they should spend a few minutes looking through the RPP.
