Employee Docs & i-9 information
As we are all aware by now, Immigration (ICE) agents are currently visiting random 7-Eleven stores across the country, checking for employee forms required by federal law to verify the identity and employment eligibility (original applications and I-9 forms) for each and every store employee. Please take this time to visit your store(s) to ensure you have a file complete with all the required paperwork for each of your employees. If you do not have these forms on file, please fill out now with the current date. Do not use a previous date on the forms.
Please be aware, due to the complex and sensitive nature of ICE inspections please refer all questions and concerns to FOASC Counselor, Bobby Rupal: (909) 597-2445
